What to check

Dates, equipment IDs, readings and comments. Check handwritten pass/fail marks against the original.

Keep each reading with its asset

Include equipment identifiers, dates, units and the inspector’s comments. A cropped unit can change the meaning of a measurement.

Keep the human decision

Check pass/fail marks and thresholds manually. Transcription does not certify equipment or validate an inspection.
