Advertising measurement
Allow or withdraw Google Ads attribution and conversion measurement, including the Google click identifiers (GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID) stored in the first-touch acquisition record. Necessary sign-in, security, checkout, language and privacy storage, first-party service telemetry, first-party acquisition measurement, cookie-free audience statistics, and the minimal export-operation record remain enabled.
Service and audience measurement
Inksight records limited first-party product and reliability events in Supabase and anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics in Vercel Web Analytics. This includes a first-touch acquisition record — the landing page, the channel a visit arrived from, campaign parameters, and the referring site domain — held in session storage so we can see which pages and channels bring people to Inksight. These records exclude document content, filenames, names, and email addresses. Private document IDs are removed from Vercel page URLs. This measurement is not used for advertising and remains enabled to operate, support, and improve the service.
Necessary export-operation records
When you initiate a signed-in browser export, Inksight records the time, account and document identifiers, scope, page count, selected format or file extension, and that the download was initiated. This helps deliver and support the export and diagnose reliability. It does not include document content, filenames, email addresses, acquisition data, or a measurement-session identifier, and cannot be turned off without disabling this service record.
AI document processing on Apple devices
Open Inksight on your iPhone or iPad, then go to Account > Profile Settings > AI & document processing. Withdrawing permission prevents new scans from being uploaded for third-party AI processing.
Account and document deletion
In the app, go to Account > Profile Settings > Delete Account. If you cannot access your account, email inksight.notes.app@gmail.com. Account deletion does not cancel an active App Store subscription.
